Today’s Breakfast:
Chocolate oatmeal and coffee
I’ve been seeing this all over tumblr and had to try it out for myself! It was pretty yummy!!! Perfect amount of sweet for the early morning.
Here’s my recipe:
Plain oatmeal packet
About 16 semisweet chocolate chips
Single serve packet of brown sugar
Almonds and pecans
And of course a good cup of coffee!
Total calorie intake: 416 calories
(I ended up only eating about half though. Since its kind of rich you’ll get full fast)

Last night’s dinner:
Caesar Salad Light Mix with
Craisins
Candied Pecans
Mozerella Balls - Fresh
Cherry Tomatoes
And sautéed beef and onion
(340 calories per 1.5 cup serving)
Lunch:
Bagel Thin Sandwich
(around 390 calories)
Whole Wheat Bagel Thin
Horseradish mustard
Craisins
Low Sodium Turkey
Cheese
Half of an Avocado
Slices of a fresh jalapeño
Salt & Pepper
Healthy and so satisfying!
This morning’s breakfast:
Quaker Real Medleys (Peach Almond)
This oatmeal cup was so easy to make and tasted so delicious! I just poured hot water from our office Keurig to the fill line, stirred and waited three minutes.
It’s a healthy breakfast option at only 290 calories!
Sunday lunch for 3
Recipe:
Flat out multigrain wraps with flax
Turkey
Avocado
Cream cheese
Jalapeños
Cherry tomatoes
Mozerella balls drizzled in EVOO with herbs and salt
Fresh cantaloupe
A perfect summer lunch!
